What the RETOUR is ?
ORIGIN OF PRODUCT (WARRANTY):
- "A-Ware" - brand new products in original boxes. They are last pieces of batch products or from closed down stores, bancrupt firms or judical sales. They have producers or wholesaler warranty. Its lenght relies on the product.

"B-Ware" - goods are new, ex demo, ex lease, used or refurbished. The items are always 100% working, sold in original or plain boxes. Some of the products are sold under 12 month warranty, however in most cases the warranty is valid for 4 weeks.

"C-Ware" - damaged products, but usually there are small electric defects easy to repair. This goods are often new and were returned by clients or were not sent to them. For instance there are incorrectly mail-ordered products, also damaged while transporting or broken. Its price is a percentage of its market value. This products have no warranty and C1 group cannot be returned.

"Retour-Ware" - mix of products from B-ware and C-ware groups, rarely including A-ware group. 60% of them works, 95% have the original boxes unless the characteristic of a certain product states differently. Retour-Ware products are not checked for working and do not have warranties, but their prices are very advantageous.
Attention! There are no typical descriptions of product grades in Great Britain. Therefore we urge You to check the grades description for each British wholesale before purchasing the particular stock. Most of the British wholesales present the grades on their webpages.

How can I get an access to the suppliers' contact details ?
To get the access, please register at http://retourware24.com/register
After filling out the registration form, You will be given online payment options (Dotpay, Paypal) and our bank account details for wire transfer option.
Your user account will be activated after recording Your payment on our bank account. You will be sent an email with Your login and password, when Your account will be activated. Users' accounts are being activated during our working hours, which are: 9:00-16:00 from Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded).
Your account can be also activated before Your payment will be recorded on our bank account. Please send us a confirmation of Your payment via fax: +48 (0) 75 612 62 61 or email: service@retourware24.com to do that.

1. Will I receive an invoice from the wholesale ?
Yes, every wholesale is obligated to prepare You an invoice.
2. Are the taxes included in prices presented on the internet page ?
The given prices exclude VAT. If You have EU VAT Number the VAT rate will be 0%. If not, You have to add the VAT rate valid for the particular country.
3. Can I buy products from wholesales without having an economic activity ?
Yes, You are able to buy products from some of the wholesellers. In this case You will have to add the VAT rate valid for the particular country.
4. Can I buy 1 piece of particular product ?
Yes You can if in its description are no minimum levels of purchase.
5. What are the rules of purchasing goods from wholesales ?
There are no specific rules. Nevertheless, you should check the availability of goods via e-mail or phone before departure. You should also set a precise date of receiving them. Payments for the products are in cash mostly. Eventually You should be aware of pre-paying whole required amount if you are going to order transport of purchased goods.
6. Is it possible for Retourware24 to order and deliver goods to the warehouse ?
We do not intermediate in trade talks. Our aim is to find and verify the most advisable trade offers. All of them are from store returns, ends of lines, judical sales, closed down firms. We provide You with toolkit which is wholesales database and our practical knowledge. We believe that this will help You to initiate benefit commercial relations without any middlemen an their unnecessary fees.
7. Are goods from the offer presented on www.retourware24.com available in one wholesale? Is it possible to receive them from one place ?
The products are from different wholesales, hence there is no such possibility. Nevertheless, You may purchase several different types of products in one place. We also do not suggest which firms can provide this kind of service. Most of the wholesales from the Retourware24 database can provide the transportation of purchased good for additional charge.

FAQ - Seller Panel
General information:
1. An access to the Seller Panel is given to the VIP users with business activity. Seller Panel can be activated after sending copies of VAT registration documents and company registration documents. It is launched on request, without any additional fees.
2. The Seller Panel enables You adding the offers. It is not possible to view the contact details of other sellers via Seller Panel. Logging in to the Seller Panel is the same as logging in to the Buyer Panel, however the login and/or password to these accounts differ.
3. An access period to the Seller Panel is closely related to VIP account. As the VIP account expires, so does the Seller Panel.
4. Downgrade from VIP to STANDARD causes exclusion of the Seller Panel.
5. According to the § 2 point 5 of the accepted General trade items, the claim for access to the Seller Panel is excluded. Retourware24 reserves the right to exclude the customer during registration and at any time during the subscription, for security reasons and without giving any reason for instance.
The rules of presenting the offers on Retourware24:
1. The offer, its description, title, attached files and pictures, cannot consist of any of Your contact details, including Your company name. The watermark of a picture cannot consist of these information too.
2. We accept the wholesale offers of bankrupt and liquidated stocks, distressed products, customer returns, overstocks etc. Retail offers are excluded and will be removed without any prior notice.
3. The offers of direct importation of the goods from Asia are excluded. We reserve the right to remove any offers of this kind without any prior notice.
4. The possible grades of stock on Retourware24 are: A-Ware, B-Ware, C-Ware, Retour-Ware. The grades explanation: http://retourware24.com/informations/buyer---faq#item1136 Please adjust Your offers descriptions to the grades from above.
5. You are able to present Your offer in any of the given language versions of Retourware24. To do this, You have to provide a translation to any of these languages.
6. Retourware24 does not guarantee that the offer will be presented on the main paige of the platform. The claims to presentation of the offer on the main paige are excluded.
7. In case of notorious violation of these rules, Retourware24 reserves the right to remove all of the user's offers and block his of her access to the Seller Panel temporarily or permanently.

The required fields of the offer form have a grey background. If You will not fill them in, Your offer will not be activated.
2. What does the "Number of the product" mean?
It is a serial number of Your offer. You can set it up freely.
3. How can I add a picture to my offer?
Click the "browse" button, choose the picture, click the "upload" button.
4. I would like to present my offer in other language versions. What should I do?
You should mark the "Publicate in this language version" field and then write down the title and description of Your offer translated to this language.
5. Are the advertising options required to present the offer?
No, they are not. However, the advertisment of an offer increases the sale.
6. How many offers can be presented on Retourware24?
There is no limitation of the number of Your offers on Retourware24.
